Lana Del Rey and The Weekend have collaborated on songs
like“Prisoner” and “Stargirl (Interlude),” both off the Toronto singer’s
Beauty Behind The Madness and Starboy LPs. The XO crooner now returns
the favor, lending his vocals on Del Rey’s new record titled “Lust For
Life.” Premiered on Mistajam’s BBC Radio 1 show on Wednesday (Apr. 19)
the track serves as the title-song off Lana Del Rey’s forthcoming new
album
Maybe that’s kind of weird to have a feature on the title track, but I
really love that song and we had said for a while that we were gonna do
something; I did stuff on his last two records,” said the angelic
singer, speaking with Courtney Love in a recent interview for
Dazed.“Lust For Life” follows the February release of Lana’s single
“Love.” Currently there’s no release date for the album “Lust for Life“,
but fans can expect it to arrive in the coming months.
